After growing up in New England , and two years of study at Penn State University , Lindsay moved to Tampa to finish her college education, graduating from the University of South Florida . Her introduction to real estate came from working at a local title insurance company while attending college. She quickly advanced in the title insurance field and began to entertain the idea of obtaining her real estate license. Now, as a licensed realtor, Lindsay knows having title background and knowledge gives her an edge in helping clients understand all aspects of the real estate transaction, beginning with putting the sign in the yard to shopping around for their dream home to finally sitting down at the closing table.

In 2006, The Mall House decided that its associates could better serve their clients by offering a full service menu, which extended real estate services to include assisting clients in selling their homes. While Lindsay has been partial to the buyer's side of the transaction, she was eager to take on the challenge of listing property. Again, her title background proved to be a great asset and coupled with the great marketing plan she has developed and the proven marketing resources that The Mall House has to offer, Lindsay is confident that her clients are getting a real estate partner who will get their home sold quickly and for top dollar.

As a New Home Consultant , new construction is Lindsay's specialty; however, her main goal is to help her clients find exactly what they are looking for, whether it is new construction or an established single-family home, townhouse or condominium.
