Born in Fort Lauderdale Florida and long time resident of the Bay Area, I know my community well and, equally so, well versed on the real estate market. I am a mother, daughter, friend, confidante and business professional, with a deep devotion to my faith, family, colleagues and community. I was licensed by the State of Florida in 1999 to practice real estate and the first 6 years of my career I was the top producing sales consultant for a local builder. During my tenure with the builder I earned my certification from the National Association of Home Builders as a Certified New Home Specialist. In 2006 I decided to direct my career path towards general real estate to gain knowledge of both sides of the transaction; which allows me to assist my clients in any of their real estate needs.

As a real estate consultant I will provide you with objective, unbiased information and be there for you throughout the process. I will arrange property showings, assist with any financing questions, explain forms and agreements and monitor escrow and closing. I am a highly skilled negotiator that will structure the best price and terms for your financial investment.

Being familiar with the builders in the Tampa Bay area I am updated with all buying incentives being offered, sometimes before they are released to the public.

If you decide to purchase a new home I will be there to guide you throughout the entire building process. The first step is the lengthy builder’s contracts and negotiating the best price and value. The fun does not stop, and I can assist you with design session, lot walk, frame inspection and pre-drywall, pre-closing inspection and the warranty process. Best of all, my services are free to you. The builder or seller pays the commissions.
